Do you work with legal entities in the Russian Federation?
Yes, we work with legal entities in the Russian Federation, as well as Belarus and Kazakhstan, and accept cashless payments. We do not charge VAT, and at the end of each month, we generate a UPD for expenses, which is available in the client's personal account.
Is it possible to rent your servers for VPN?
Yes, we allow the use of our dedicated and virtual servers for VPN services, provided that they are used for personal (private) purposes and are not made available for general use to third parties.
Do you have discounts for wholesale buyers?
Yes, we offer a rewards program for customers who rent 5 or more dedicated servers or 10 virtual servers. For detailed terms and conditions, please contact our customer service team via the request form in your personal account.
What discounts and bonuses do you have?
All our clients benefit from our standard discount system based on payment terms. Paying for 3 months in advance will receive a 5% discount, paying for 6 months in advance will receive a 10% discount, and paying for 12 months in one go will provide a 20% discount.
Is it possible to host an adult website?
Yes, dedicated servers, such as those located in Germany, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands, allow hosting adult websites. However, videos featuring minors and animal-themed content are strictly prohibited.
Where are the servers located?
The servers are located in cities across Russia and Europe. The data center is Tier III+ rated with high-quality data protection and fire safety. All major areas of the data center are equipped with a video surveillance system with recording archiving. Furthermore, all buildings are equipped with a security alarm system.
Who administers the server?
Each server is connected to a free full administration system. If you need help with setup, website migration, or other software support, just contact us. Our team of administrators will help you quickly and completely free of charge.
How quickly will I receive the server after payment?
Typically, dedicated server activation time is between 24 and 72 hours, but some orders may take longer depending on the configuration or component availability. If the activation time is longer than 72 hours, a manager will contact you and notify you.
How quickly will I receive my VDS after payment?
All Unix-based virtual servers (VDS) are processed automatically and activated within 10-15 minutes. Windows-based virtual servers are activated within 24 hours of payment receipt.
What are your moneyback policies?
The minimum lease term for a dedicated server is 30 days. In case of early termination, we provide a refund for every full 30 days of rental. The first month is non-refundable.
What can a dedicated server be used for?
A dedicated server is a standalone server hosted in a data center. All resources on this server are owned by a single client and are not shared among third parties. Access to the server is via SSH or Remote Desktop. You can host your websites or other projects on it.
Do you have a trial period?
Unfortunately, no, dedicated servers are provided upon payment. We do not provide servers for testing due to numerous violations. The minimum rental period is 30 days.
